Dr. Risham Garg
Dr. Risham Garg is currently serving as an Associate Professor of Law at National Law University, Delhi. He has been working closely with the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) by providing valuable consultancy support, and also towards the Continuing Professional Education for Insolvency Professionals. Since 2017, he has been spearheading the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Moot Competition (IBMC) in collaboration with the IBBI, INSOL India, SIPI. He has also served as the Academic Consultant to the British High Commission and CII Project on ‘Implementation of Cross-Border Insolvency and Individual Insolvency in India’.
