Rebecca Parry
Prof. Rebecca Parry has been a Professor at Nottingham Trent University since 2007. She is the Co-Director of the Centre for Business and Insolvency Law who has written widely on aspects of domestic and international insolvency laws, both corporate and personal. She has published research on insolvency laws in the UK, EU, USA and China. A current collaborative project is focused on aspects of insolvency law in India and another project concerns insolvencies in the digital services sector.
