Dr. Neeti Shikha
Neeti Shikha works as Head, Centre for Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. She serves as an Advisory Board Member to the Centre for Civil Society, New Delhi.
Dr. Neeti is honorary co-course director of the Graduate Insolvency Programme at the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs. She also serves on the board of Insolvency Research Foundation, an apex body carrying out independent research involved in robust policy-making based on deep research. She has given several policy inputs to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs Government of India and continues to work as part of industry delegations working on topical issues in Indian insolvency laws. Her research interest includes insolvency laws and corporate governance. She contributes regularly to leading Daily in India such as Bloomberg Quint, Mint, Financial Express etc.
Dr. Neeti holds Ph.D. from National Law University Jodhpur and a masters from University College London, UK. She is soon to join the Indian School of Public Policy, the country’s leading public policy institute as an Associate Dean.
