Dr. M P Ram Mohan
Dr. M P Ram Mohan, a lawyer by training is an Associate Professor at the strategy area of the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA). He is a Member of the Misra Centre for Financial Markets and Economy and Ashank Desai Centre for Leadership and Organisational Development at IIMA, and a Member of the Research Guidance Group, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Ram Mohan serves as the Chairperson of Admissions at IIMA and is the Convenor of the Common Admissions Test (CAT) 2021. He also serves in the advisory capacity for a few law firms and also in government committees relating to peaceful uses of nuclear energy.
Ram Mohan’s teaching covers contracts, corporations, and insolvency laws and he has written extensively in these areas. He is directing a number of projects: Restatement of Indian Contract Law, Comparative Insolvency Laws, Organisations and Corporate Purpose, etc.
